- Walk, if someone offers you a lift but you know you can walk it, walk it.
- Instead of a fizzy drink, just have water.
- Before bed don't look at screens just before you sleep (I am writing this and looking at a screen just before I sleep) so your brain is more relaxed.
- Pick up that book when you are bored instead of that youtube video. Youtube might seem good but a book will help you learn.
- Yoga every Sunday evening to start your week off with a relax and work out.
- Less social media more life.
- Socialise don't skype or group chat.
- Don't be grumpy/moody, have fun.
- Healthy food instead of quick food.
Don't forget to love yourself.
